Sy Yang is a lawyer and builder of brands. She founded Agentis to help professional organizations leverage the power of brand and systems. With a career spanning Big Law, tech, and higher education, to e-commerce and retail, Sy saw an immense opportunity and need for professional organizations to leverage their expertise and their platforms. She’s a trusted voice when making critical decisions that impact the trust and credibility of a professional brand.
HEAD OF CONTENT OPS
Cristina Silvas leads content ops and editorial execution at Agentis Partners, working with expert-led organizations to turn complex ideas into clear, credible thought leadership. Her work covers the full content lifecycle: strategy, creation, and optimization across digital channels. With a passion for precision, Cristina helps build and maintain complex Platform Architectures for organizations looking to scale.
CRM & Marketing Ops
Sarah Tsai is a CRM, data, and marketing operations specialist who helps organizations turn complex processes and disconnected information into systems that teams can actually use. She works across workflow architecture, data structure and governance, marketing automation, and sales enablement, connecting how an organization creates value with the platforms and processes that support it. With more than 20 years of experience spanning product innovation, supply chain, sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, Sarah brings a broad commercial perspective to systems design.
Lead CONTENT STRATEGIST
Kate Greulich, Ph.D. studies how ideas become movements, and helps leaders launch their expertise into brands and campaigns that create change. She has curated thought leadership platforms for artists and scholars from NASA, the UN, and the MacArthur Foundation, as well as CEOs building purpose-driven companies. You can find her writing on websites and museum walls, in lead magnets and marketing funnels, and throughout her clients blogs, newsletters, articles, and books.
Lead Developer
Ilyas El Haddaji is Agentis’s lead full-stack developer, building and maintaining the technical infrastructure behind client platforms and Agentis’s own systems. His background spans Drupal, Laravel, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on turning design and data architecture into systems that actually run in production.
